Meeting
groups from four persons to fifteen can be accommodated. In our setting,
the meeting may be held in a large, beautiful home with the Gulf of Mexico
as the backdrop. Breaks can be taken looking at the beach, not the water
cooler or a sterile ballroom hallway. Each participant has more flexibility
to “do their own thing.” They may choose to have a breakfast
snack in their own kitchen/dining room. We also have a wonderful selection
of casual to world-class, elegant restaurants for breakfast, lunch or
dinner.
The
formal business meetings are held in the largest room
in the cottage and that is typically the living room/dining room or great
room. The room accommodations are individual bedrooms for each seminar/meeting
participant. This gives the attendee a private bedroom in a beautiful
beach cottage with a fully equipped kitchen with the amenities of home.
The cottages are typically selected to be in close proximity to each other
for after hours communing and visitations. The cottage
designated to be the business meeting space is also in close proximity
to the other cottages to reduce traveling time.
Typical
prearranged progressive dinners can be arranged to include cocktails in
a beautiful, Gulf front cottage such as Wright on the Beach, salads in
the magnificent Villa Siena, main course dinner at the Elegance cottage,
dessert at Matarangi, and after dinner drinks and social time at Paradise
Too with its fantastic gulf views.
